Upon approval of the college, student enrolled in MSN in education could apply for preceptorship with myself in a 2 year ADN program. Practice would be teaching in classroom including assessment and evaluation. Also monitoring assessment and evaluation in the clinical setting. Further opportunities would be in performing research, offering expertise and EBP research/literature in policy development and curriculum development.

I Have been a Registered Nurse for 34 years. I have worked in med surg nursing, psychiatric nursing, in school settings including elementary to high school as well as in a residential school program for children 6 through 17. I have been in the long term care setting along side the settings I have listed since 1992. I have worked as a charge nurse, Medicare supervisor, Director of Nurses and most recently as Corporate Regional Reimbursement Manager. I also have my own company Skilled Nursing support. I am happy to help with any education related to these career paths.
