What You’ll Do

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based care to adults beginning their journey to recovery from substance use.
• Be part of a multidisciplinary team that delivers medically monitored detoxification and acute treatment services, ensuring every individual receives the support and respect they deserve.
• Providing care with kindness, sensitivity, and respect for individual autonomy and dignity.
• Assessing and documenting individuals’ physical, psychological, and emotional status.

Pay: $34 - $38 per hour (plus applicable differentials!)

Who You Are

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with current Massachusetts licensure (required)
• At least one year of nursing experience (preferred, especially in behavioral health, detox, or medical-surgical settings)
• Skilled in assessment, documentation, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Empathetic, dependable, and passionate about helping individuals rebuild their lives

Available Schedules

Full Time or Part Time: rotating 2-week schedule, varied days including every other weekend, 7:00pm-7:00am

Pay Structure

FT/PT: $34-38/hr based on years of nursing experience + applicable shift differentials
