BAYADA Hospice is currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our interdisciplinary hospice care team in Norwich, VT. In this full-time position, you’ll support patients and families in Windsor and Orange Counties, VT and Grafton County, NH, providing comfort, dignity, and expert care where it matters most—at home.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver compassionate hospice care in clients’ homes
• Manage assigned caseload in VT and NH with the support of your team
• Administer medications and comfort-focused treatments
• Monitor patient conditions and update care plans
• Communicate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members
• Provide education and emotional support to patients and caregivers

What You Need:

• Active RN license in both Vermont and New Hampshire, or willingness to obtain
• Minimum of one year of recent clinical (medical/surgical) experience
• Prior hospice or home care experience preferred but not required
• Reliable transportation to travel within your local territory
• Solid documentation and EMR skills
